VEI provide customers with a resilient, cloud-based telephony platform, hosted in ISO 27001 data centres. Our solution enables the flexibility to customers to seamlessly add or reduce extension numbers, depending on their business scalability needs. There are no capacity limitations for business extensions and we provide unlimited concurrent outbound calls. The pricing is based on user per month fee, ensuring costs are predictable. All communication is encrypted for security.
In addition, VEI can integrate our telephony solution with Microsoft Teams, if that is your preference. It will enable your business users to centrally combine the most important Microsoft Office 365 applications, enabling employees to collaborate regardless of location. In addition, Microsoft Teams can also be used as a virtual telephone system.
With Microsoft Teams telephony “direct routing”, your Microsoft Teams environment is connected directly to VEIsipcall, giving you a fully integrated telephony solution. This means that you do not incur any additional costs or time-consuming configuration work for your own Session Border Controller (SBC). If you already have your own SBC in use, it can of course be easily and conveniently connected to VEIsipcall with a SIP trunk – just as you want.
Use Microsoft Teams worldwide with VEIsipcall, regardless of your location. The call channels remain unlimited and, in contrast to other providers, are not restricted. With VEIsipcall you pay a monthly fee of only CHF 1.– per phone number / user.
